Michael Ripper (1913-2000) was an English character actor, best known for his work in horror films produced by Hammer Film Productions. He began his acting career in the 1940s, and went on to appear in over 200 films and television programs. Ripper’s most notable roles were in Hammer Horror films such as “The Curse of the Werewolf” and “The Reptile,” where he often played supporting roles as a villager or a police officer.
